Alera is an educational health intelligence platform. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic service, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Accounts

You must provide an accurate email and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share credentials. Contact us if you believe your account was accessed without authorization.

Educational use only

Forecasts, organ-system scores, insights, and chat answers are educational estimates. They may be incomplete or incorrect. Discuss any health decisions with a qualified clinician.

Your data

You may upload labs, wearable readings, and journal notes. You can export or request deletion from Settings. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.

Plans

Alera offers Free, Basic, Pro, and Max plans. Free requires no card. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. Features are educational software access, not clinical services. Prices are listed on the pricing page. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, scrape, or attack the service; do not impersonate others; and do not use Alera to provide clinical care to third parties as if it were a licensed medical product.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the version date above constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
